Headmaster

The Headmaster serves as the educational leader of the school, responsible for implementing policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure a safe learning environment rooted in our Catholic identity and aligned with the approved curriculum and mission of the school. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, instructional leadership, hiring and supervising faculty, student life, discipline, and parent communication.

The Headmaster must be a practicing Roman Catholic, hold at least a Master’s degree in Administration or a related field, and demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic secondary education. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The Board of Directors appoints the Headmaster of Chesterton Academy.

Teaching Positions

Full- and part-time teaching positions will be available across multiple disciplines, including:
